Who provides this service
weddea is a service provided by Juan José Pérez Barbancho, trading as “Barpes Tech”, with Spanish tax ID (NIF) 50614458Z and contact email hola@weddea.com. By creating an account you accept these terms.
What weddea is
A tool for organising your wedding (guests, budget, timeline, tables) and for sending an invitation your guests can use to let you know whether they're coming.
Today it is free and under development. That means we add and change things often. If there is ever a paid part, we will tell you beforehand and we will never charge you without your agreement.
Your account
You must be of legal age and give true information. The password is yours, and so is the responsibility for not sharing it; if you think someone has got into your account, write to us.
You can invite other people to your wedding. Anyone who joins with that invitation can see and change what is inside, so only invite people who are genuinely organising it with you.
What you write is still yours
The content of your wedding is yours. We don't use it for anything other than showing it to you and making it work: we don't sell it, we don't publish it and we don't use it to train anything.
In return, you give us permission to store it and display it within the service, which is the minimum needed for there to be an invitation your guests can open.
What is not allowed
- Uploading content that is illegal, that belongs to someone else without permission, or that offends others.
- Using weddea to send advertising or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Trying to access weddings that aren't yours, or forcing the service.
- Reselling the service or passing it off as your own.
If any of this happens we may close the account, giving notice first unless the case is serious or urgent.
What you can expect, and what you can't
We do everything we can to keep weddea working at all times, but it is an online service and we cannot guarantee that it will be available without interruption. There may be outages, maintenance or errors.
That is why, for something as important as a wedding, you should keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose: from Settings you can export your data whenever you like.
We are not liable for indirect damage or loss of profit. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
Leaving
You can leave whenever you like. Write to us at hola@weddea.com and we will delete your account and your wedding, with what that means for the data, as explained in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If there is a dispute and you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of the place where you live.
If this changes
If we change these terms we update the date at the top, and if the change is significant we let you know inside the app before it affects you.
